Our Director Elizabeth Balderas draws on more than 25 years’ experience with national and international clients. She qualified as a lawyer in Mexico City in 1995, graduating in Labor Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 2021. Elizabeth also holds a Master’s in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. As both a lawyer and a businesswoman, she understands your needs, constraints and aims. Elizabeth honed her inter-cultural skills during lengthy residence in Europe. She speaks fluent Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of German.
As a Labor Lawyer for national and international employers, Elizabeth skillfully analyzes complex disputes and resolves them through negotiation or litigation.
